Is Natural Bodybuilding real?
Can you really get that physique without using supplements?
The answers is yes, and yes…
There are many experts in the field of bodybuilding. But whatever they think they know pales in the face of reality.
We are made to believe that natural bodybuilding is impossible, while on the other hand, we’re told that anything is possible and what we imagine can become a reality—except for bodybuilding.
You know, this is one of the reason I like to take my time to experiment and see what’s true for me and what’s not.
Experience teaches best and that will never change.
Take it from me, natural bodybuilding is possible, but it’s not for everyone.
If you are curious about it, then join me as I share with you a couple of things you should know about Natural Bodybuilding.
Let’s chop it up..
Natural bodybuilding facts
It’s possible to get any physique you want without using supplements, but it will take more time and hard work than it would if you were using supplements.
For example, it would take you months to walk from LA to New York than it would if you took a plane, but it doesn’t mean you wont get there—it’s just going to take longer.
Do you get the idea?
But I’ll be honest with you, lifting naturally is frustrating and challenging, so be prepared for that.
Using supplements is not really a shortcut because you still have to put in work.
If natural bodybuilding is your thing, then lets do it, but if not then more power to you—do what’s best for you.
Become a wise bodybuilder
Do you know what it means to be wise?
Being wise is not about what you know, but what you do with what you know and what to do about what you don’t know.
When a wise man seeks advise (what he doesn’t know), he does his research, he evaluates the information, and takes what’s important to him, experiments with it, and leaves the rest at peace.
Don’t be just a bodybuilder, but become a wise bodybuilder.
Everybody has different views about bodybuilding, so what’s your views and how do you know if your views are accurate?
Do you have any experience as proof?
You will know by experience if you are patient and persistent enough.
In everything that anyone teaches you, there will be parts of that teaching that are more truthful and parts of it that are less truthful or vise versa.
It doesn’t matter whether you choose the natural bodybuilding route or the supplements route, it makes no difference if it comes from your own choosing.
You are not obligated to lift naturally, and taking supplements or steroids doesn’t make you any less of a bodybuilder—you are the one doing the work, not the products.
My intention is to empower and motivate those who are interested in natural bodybuilding to understand that natural bodybuilding is real and is possible.
Believe me… It is possible….
Be diet independent
I wish I could tell you that you can get big muscles without a good bodybuilding diet or supplements. So, to leave no room for excuses, as a natural bodybuilder you have to rely on every dose of strength nature grants you daily.
It is obvious that not all of us are financially stable, and whether you like it or not, there will be some days when you can’t afford a loaf of bread, but does it mean you don’t have to workout that day?
Regardless of your finances, you should always focus on developing your natural strength and burn every piece of fat you don’t want on your body by mixing cardio and weight lifting.
There are countless days where I hadn’t ate for twelve to fifteen hours because I was lazy to fix myself a meal of cause.
I would show up at the gym thinking I wasn’t going to cope with the weights, but, I ended up having some of the best workouts like I was on steroids.
This is were I had an epiphany, I’ve noticed that not only is a human body and natural strength full with unlimited possibilities, but those possibilities are depended on your ability to explore them.
Natural bodybuilding is something that I live daily, and I wouldn’t be talking about it if I hadn’t experimented with it.
It works for me, and it will also work for anyone who invests his time in it—you really have nothing to lose.
How to approach natural bodybuilding
Developing and conditioning your body and muscles to perform independent of diet and supplements is the first step to natural bodybuilding.
When I started lifting weights, I met this old man who had this great physique, and I asked him what supplements I should take to get big just like him.
He advised me to lift naturally to strengthen and condition my body, muscles, and bones before considering supplements.
I took his advise and I don’t regret doing so.
Experience over research
One thing I’ve noticed about many self-help bloggers is that they often rely on a research than they do their own experience.
For example, instead of saying, “Doing X works because I’ve notice a huge amount of change on my body after doing X for a year.” they’d say something like, “Research shows that if you do X for a year you will get X results.”
Do you see the difference?
I only write about things I’ve either experienced or things I’m currently experimenting with. And sometimes I provide resources such as books that have helped me improve the quality of my life.
Whenever hit writers block, I take it a sign that I’m not taking action or experimenting enough, and instead of jumping on Google to look for ideas, I simply don’t write at all.
The bottom line is, you don’t really have to take my word for it. Try it yourself and get your own brand and see what works for you.
Natural bodybuilding is the real deal, and it doesn’t matter who agrees or disagree with me. At the end of the day, I will do what’s best for me, and I encourage you to do the same.
That’s it for now…
